Biografia:
Leona Lewis si presentò a un'audizione in Gran Bretagna per il programma dedicato ai nuovi talenti The X Factor nell'estate del 2006 e vinse la terza serie del programma nel dicembre dello stesso anno.
Il debutto da solista della Lewis, la cover di un pezzo soul "A Moment Like This," di Kelly Clarkson, fu il singolo numero uno in classifica all'inizio del nuovo anno. In seguito la cantante firmò un accordo discografico con la J Records americana di Clive Davis nel febbraio 2007. Alla fine dell'anno, la cantante pubblicò il suo album d'esordio Spirit in Inghilterra che scalò le classifiche. L'album venne distribuito in America nel 2008.
